This program discusses bullies and harassment on campus and some of the motivations behind a bully’s behavior. Subjects covered include the existence of bullying; student harassment; how to deal with a bully; the law and its involvement with bullying; school rules to protect students from harassment; how to stand up for oneself; and where to turn for help with a harassing situation. The damage to self-esteem that can occur when a student is the constant victim of bullying and ways to avoid conflict and violence on campus are also covered. Interviews with bullies and teens who have been bullied are included. A viewable/printable instructor’s guide is available online
