Este texto tem o objetivo de traçar um paralelo entre dois autores que, apesar de não serem tradicionalmente considerados filósofos, influenciaram de maneira decisiva a filosofia contemporânea: Kierkegaard e Dostoiévski. A ideia é destacar como ambos concentram o foco de suas obras na questão do indivíduo, nos paradoxos trágicos da existência. O tema central, sempre pressuposto em suas análises, é a radicalidade da liberdade humana. A partir deste núcleo comum, será possível apontar as diferenças na forma comoeles tratam a dinâmica do homem na história. Mas, por fim, a religião surge como um último ponto de aproximação entre os autores, que tentam demarcar os contornos de uma religiosidade renovada.
This paper aims to draw a parallel between two authors who, although not traditionally considered philosophers, influenced decisively contemporary philosophy: Kierkegaard and Dostoievsky. The idea is to highlight how both concentrated the focus of their works on the question of the individual, the tragic paradoxes of existence. The central theme, always been assumed in their analysis, is the radical nature of human freedom. From this common core, you can point out the differences in how they treat the dynamics of man in history. But, finally, religion emerges as a last point of approach between the authors, who try to demarcate the outlines of a renewed religiosity.
