The major plan of the research is to classify whether working capital management has a contact on firm’s profitability of listed firms’ in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research. Pooled panel data of 100 listed firms from 20 zones are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which comprised of 450 observations is used during the period of 2015 to 2019. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s Correlation analysis, Pooled Regression analysis and ANOVA are utilized as procedures of analysis. Working capital management components and policies are used as independent variables which involves of numeral of days of account receivable (DAR), number of days of inventories (DI), number of days of account payables (DAP), cash conversion cycle (CCC), working capital financing polices (WCFP) and working capital investment polices (WCIP). Firm size (SIZE), and Debt ratio (DR), sales growth (GROWTH), and Current ratio (CR), have been utilized as controlled variables. Return on assets (ROA) and Gross operating profit (GOP) are utilized as dependent variable. These results would be helpful to regard as on maintaining optimal working capital management components and policies to avoid corporate collapse and to maximize firm’s profitability
