Alston in catalogue no. 177 of Bernard Halliday of Leicester, England (nos. 61, 155); attribution possibly based on the British Museum catalogue entry for a similar title. A note by James W. Foster of the Maryland Historical Society suggests a William Cox (d. 1851) as a possible author
