  • Description: An examination of the activities of the NATO general Hans Speidel during the Second World War and his betrayal of Erwin Rommel. [Includes a prologue explaining why some of the film has been cut]

This is a version of The Archives Testify (No.2) with an added prologue about the libel case against Plato films for the accusations against Hans Speidel that can be seen in Operation Teutonic Sword. The prologue is about the libel case faced by the film's distributors (Plato Films). It explains that because of the legal action, a section has been removed. This section suggests that Speidel organised the assassination of King Alexander I of Yugoslavia and the French Foreign Minister Louis Barthou. The removed section can be seen in N-507669 Operation Teutonic Sword
