<p>Die Ausbringung von Fluorochromen (speziell Fluorescein-Na, Aesculin und Berberin-SO₄) mit B. thuringiensis-Präparaten im Laborversuch erhöht die UV-Resistenz der Sporen in auffallender Weise. Während auch Dipicolinsäure-Behandlung noch eine deutliche Steigerung der UV-Resistenz bewirkte, waren Protein und auch Tusche in einer Konzentration von 0,1 % als UV-Schutzstoffe nicht wirksam. Application of fluorochromes (specially fluorescein-Na, aesculine and berberin-SO₄) together with preparations of B. thuringiensis may striking enhance the resistance of spores against UV. Also treatment with dipicolinic acid induced some protection. But proteine as well as Indian ink were not effective as UV-protectants in a concentration of 0,1 %.</p>
