Research data management has been a hot topic of discussion in the international research community to strengthen research data management. The research perspective of scientific research data management gradually shifts from storage and transmission to data mining and application, requiring more and more attention to the value application of the data itself. This paper takes data life cycle management theory as the theoretical basis, attaches importance to data life process combing, and proposes the concept and operation mechanism of research data life cycle management platform, combining TF-IDF and comparison algorithm,to provide platform construction reference for research management
