<jats:p><jats:bold>3,4‐Dihydro‐1λ<jats:sup>4</jats:sup>,2,5‐thiadiazole by Condensation of Sulfur Tetrafluoride with Silylamines</jats:bold></jats:p><jats:p>3,4‐Dihydro‐1λ<jats:sup>4</jats:sup>,2,5‐thiadiazole (<jats:bold>2</jats:bold>), 1‐[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]‐2‐(difluorosulfuranylidenamino)‐ethane (<jats:bold>5</jats:bold>), and 1,2‐bis(difluorosulfuranylidenamino)ethane (<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>) are easily obtained under laboratory conditions by action of sulfur tetrafluoride with <jats:italic>N,N</jats:italic>′‐disilyl‐ and <jats:italic>N,N,N′,N</jats:italic>′‐tetrasilylethylene‐diamine, respectively.</jats:p>
