  • Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p><jats:italic>Pelargene</jats:italic><jats:sup>®</jats:sup> is a commercial fragrance sold as a mixture of three regioisomeric pyran derivatives (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>). The enantiomers of each of the two possible diastereoisomers of <jats:bold>1</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>3</jats:bold> were prepared by means of a biocatalyzed approach, and the odor properties of the twelve isolated stereoisomers were evaluated.</jats:p>
