  • Beschreibung: <p>Boosting the alkylation power of chalcones creates new anti-inflammatory agents. Thus NF-κB-dependent proteins are inhibited and Nrf2-dependent ones activated. The activity enhancement relies solely and very effectively on the α-substituent of the α,β-unsaturated carbonyl unit.</p>
